Fundraising 2020-2024

Fundraising has continued but unfortunately was affected by Coronavirus.

A number of fundraisers had to be cancelled including Hednesford Festival and a high school fundraiser.

We have continued to receive and appreciate generous donations and funds have continued to be raised thanks to local collection boxes placed in clubs and pubs. Thank you to each one of those.

We received a generous £500 donation from the Provincial Grand Chapter of Worcestershire Masons - thank you so much to members for their support.

A Christmas fund raising stall is planned for November 2022 at Burntwood Library.

Donations are being received from a number of collection boxes at local venues: Smithy's Forge in Brownhills, The Star and The Grangemoor in Burntwood, The Yew Tree and The Railway Tavern in Norton Canes, The Uxbridge and The Junction in Chasetown and Newhall Farm in Heath Hayes. Collection boxes are also in new venues at Heath Hayes Chip Shop, The Wheatsheaf and The Star in Great Wryley and The Trafalgar in Hednesford.

A huge thank you to the St Edburgha Royal Arch Chapter and the Provincial Grand Chapter of Worcester for a wonderful donation of over £260.

Funds continue to be raised by raffles and local stalls. As always we have had ongoing support and kind donations from friends and family. We have also received generous donations of goods from Hednesford and Hawks Green branches of Tesco; and Cannock Sainsburys branch.  

Donations have also been received from individuals who have registered with Easyfundraising.org.uk.
